The Volusia Forever Applicants layer represents all properties submitted for consideration through the Volusia Forever Program acquisition process. Managed by Volusia County Government, this dataset includes applications from individuals, organizations, and government entities that have expressed interest in selling land for conservation purposes.

Each record represents a proposed conservation acquisition and includes associated information such as parcel location and ownership. All applications must include a willing seller statement, site access agreement, and parcel identification.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
